???? What You'll Do
As our Dental Patient Phone Services Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients and play a critical role in creating a world-class patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Assisting patients with questions and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Following up with prospective and existing patients
- Helping patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for
- Maintaining accurate patient records and communication notes
- Supporting practice growth through exceptional customer service and communication
⭐ What We're Looking For
- Previous call center, food service, retail, customer service, patient coordinator, customer facing experience preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
- Positive, energetic personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone presence
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Someone who embraces learning, growth, and continuous improvement
- Spanish / English speaking strongly preferred
