This is a great opportunity to build your skills, work with experienced crews, and be part of essential infrastructure projects.Primary Job FunctionsAssist with water and wastewater system utility construction under close supervision.Excavate trenches, lay pipe, backfill, compact soil, and help with main testing.Follow all Federal, State, and Company safety policies and procedures.Maintain safe working conditions — including trench safety and erosion control.Load/unload and distribute materials to appropriate work areas.Signal equipment operators to align machinery and materials.Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.Operate machinery and hand tools as directed.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.6 months–2 years of prior water and wastewater construction experience preferredMust be a U.S. CitizenMust possess a valid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass background check and drug screen for base access.Willing to complete required OSHA safety training (provided by company).Physical RequirementsAbility to work outdoors in extreme weatherLift up to 50 lbs.; push or pull up to 100 lbsWork in confined spaces and areas with noise or chemicals.Regular standing, walking, kneeling, bending, climbing, and use of hand & foot controls.How to ApplyApply online at kss4jobs.com (from drop down menu select apply now)Call 850-855-4902 for immediate consideration.At K&S Staffing Solutions, we don't just fill positions — we build crews.
