RN Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff , ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans, promoting positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Conduct performance evaluations , provide constructive feedback, and coach staff members to achieve individual and team goals.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives , identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and reports , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
