The Respiratory Care Practitioner provides direct patient care by utilizing appropriate knowledge and skills in collaboration with other members of the health care team, providing skilled, creative, discipline-specific therapeutic services to cardiopulmonary patients. The Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner provides direct patient care by utilizing appropriate knowledge and skills in collaboration with other members of the health care team, providing skilled, creative, discipline-specific therapeutic services to cardiopulmonary patients. The Senior Respiratory Therapist will work collaboratively utilizing current best practice to manage the patient care within a multidisciplinary team, to create the best possible outcome for our patients. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
