  • Preparing management reports and information, in particular for regulator meetings, internal committees, and the Board
  • Delivering training and updates to product teams and the wider business on regulatory requirements and changes
  • Building processes and documentation for the team in a scalable and sustainable way
  • Being a champion for conduct and compliance across the business
What you'll need
  • 7+ years of experience in a regulatory affairs, compliance, or risk function at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, financial consultancy, or regulatory authority
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, project management, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of best banking practices in EU and regional financial regulations
  • A solid understanding of the European regulatory environment and key compliance regimes
  • A proven ability to analyse complex information and identify the key issue to drive resolutions
  • Familiarity with payment systems and markets with a focus on technology and mobile applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience coaching and inspiring team members
Nice to have

  • Fluency in other languages
Compensation range
  • Lithuania: €3,900 - €5,700 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
