Ability to learn and document plant processes and recommend how they could be improved or automated. Ability to train end users of varied positions and levels of technical ability. Understanding of how schedule changes will impact the end user(s) Ability to professionally manage multiple production lines and customers. Excellent analytical skills / ability to make decisions based on data.
