We are looking for a Production Artist to support a manufacturing organization through a contract assignment. This role will focus on refreshing brochures and other marketing collateral to align with updated brand standards while ensuring artwork is accurate, refined, and ready for production. The ideal candidate brings strong visual execution skills, careful attention to detail, and hands-on experience preparing files for high-quality print output.

Responsibilities:
• Revise brochures, sell sheets, and related marketing materials so they reflect updated brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Create and adjust production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for both print and collateral applications.
• Prepare final files with correct layout, image quality, color settings, and specifications to support efficient print production.
• Review existing creative assets, make precise edits, and ensure consistency across multiple pieces of branded material.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate requested updates into clean, accurate design revisions that meet deadlines.
• Conduct detailed quality checks on typography, graphics, spacing, and formatting before releasing files for production.
• Organize working files and version updates to maintain a reliable and efficient creative production process.• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with the ability to build, edit, and finalize production artwork.
• Practical experience in print production, including file setup, formatting, and preparation for output.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image correction, editing, and asset refinement.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign to update and format brochures, collateral, or other multi-page documents.
• Demonstrated production skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple revision requests and deliver completed work within established timelines.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
