Summary
The Good Zoo Guest Services Attendant serves as a frontline representative, providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with questions and requests, processing transactions accurately, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and supporting fellow team members across departments as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
