ETL DeveloperLocation: Deerfield, FLOur client is seeking an ETL Developer. In this position you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance and enhancement of various type of integration processes. Role is familiar with data and business processes supported by multiple data warehouses and operational applications. Role will be working independently and within a team. Will be responsible for tracking the work assigned, estimate and schedule tasks. Business matters will be treated with the utmost urgency and focus on results and deadlines until each task or project is completed is key. The qualified candidate will display excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, coordination and task management skills. Daily activities will include addressing issues as they arise, participating in daily planning meetings, providing estimates, handling ad-hoc requests, tracking and communicating daily progress on projects and initiatives.Job Skills Required:5+ years of Experience with Infa Power Center. Knowledge about PWX (CDC) is a plus.Extensive experience working with various data sources (SQL and Oracle database, flat files (csv, delimited), Web API, XML,Advanced T-SQL skills required. Solid understanding of relational databases and business data; ability to write complex SQL queries against variety of data sources (OLTP, Data Warehouse).Exposure to AWS cloud services (AWS Database, knowledge of nonSQL database)Ensure that Data Warehouse and Database standards, guidelines and processes are followedExperience working in an Agile environment.Lead data integration projects tasks, estimate effort, schedule tasks and drive project deliverables and schedulesExperience mentoring other report developers / business users is a plusWork with business users to understand data integration related problems and provide solutionsCommunicate project status with managementCommunicating clearly and concisely to individuals from various backgroundsAbility to influence others through verbal and written communicationAbility to learn new technology and quickly adapt to technology changes.Working with Infa Cloud is a plus.
