MRO Customer Success Agent

Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite)

9/80 Work Schedule (Monday - Friday/ Every other Friday off/ 7am to 4pm EST)

$27 - 33/hr

We are seeking an MRO Customer Success Agent to support aftermarket repair operations and customer service initiatives for a leading aviation organization. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding repair status, quotes, and order management while partnering closely with internal technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customer repair inquiries, quotes, and order status updates
• Coordinate with repair technicians to communicate repair progress and technical information to customers
• Generate and manage repair quotes while ensuring compliance with contract and purchase order requirements
• Maintain accurate information within ERP systems, including SAP
• Support multiple product lines and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Resolve customer issues and provide a high level of service throughout the repair process
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer support role within an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environment
• Aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing MRO experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Ability to interpret purchase orders and basic contract requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Avionics aftermarket support experience
• SAP experience
