Customer Service Representative – $18–$21/hour – Monday–Friday, No Nights or Weekends
Mr. Appliance of Central New Jersey | Jamesburg, NJ office (serving Monroe, East Brunswick, Old Bridge, New Brunswick and all of Central NJ)
Looking for a steady, friendly office job with weekends off? Join our Jamesburg team helping local families get their appliances fixed. No experience needed – we provide paid training.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming calls and help customers with empathy
- Schedule in-home repair appointments with our trained technicians
- Respond to customer emails and texts
- Confirm appointments and keep customers updated
- Order and receive parts
- Enter information into our scheduling software
What we're looking for
- Friendly phone voice and good communication skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Reliable, organized and on time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center, customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay and benefits
- $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule – no nights, no weekends
