Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led cybersecurity and digital services group partnering with more than 700 clients worldwide, many in highly regulated industries. It delivers end to end, from advisory through to 24x7 managed security, and has strategic partnerships with leading AI and enterprise platform vendors. The US is its priority growth market, and the group is appointing a US-based Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth.

This is a revenue-led CEO role for a cybersecurity leader. A background built in cybersecurity is essential, so the role will best suit someone whose career has been shaped in security rather than in broader IT services or software.

The role

• Own group revenue and growth, with a clear mandate to make the US the group's largest market
• Personally lead major client, partner and alliance relationships
• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing leadership team across multiple regions
• Shape the go-to-market model across direct sales, alliances and partner channels
• Work closely with the Board and founders on strategy and investment

Essential

• A career rooted in cybersecurity, with senior leadership in a cybersecurity services, managed security or security consulting business
• A proven record of growing cybersecurity revenue at scale, with numbers to show for it
• Deep credibility with CISOs and security leaders, able to lead the conversation on threat, risk and security transformation
• A strong record of building and retaining leadership teams through periods of growth
• Experience leading across geographies, ideally including offshore or India-based delivery

Advantageous

• Exposure to the ServiceNow ecosystem or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience bringing AI into security operations, or helping clients secure their own AI adoption
• A strong network among US enterprise, financial services and public sector CISOs
• A track record of partner-led growth with hyperscalers and the major security vendors
• M&A experience, including acquiring and integrating services businesses
• Board-level experience, including working closely with founders and investors
• Experience in a founder-led, high-growth business

Success in the first 18 months

• Strong group revenue growth against the P&L plan, at healthy margins
• The US growing rapidly and on a clear path to becoming the group's largest market
• Major multi-year managed security wins and new logos with US enterprises and regulated industries
• A larger share of recurring managed services revenue
• Joint pipeline and wins with the group's strategic AI and platform partners
• A stable, engaged leadership team, with key hires made and retained
• A clear group strategy and operating rhythm agreed with the Board
• A significantly raised profile for the group in the US market
